Katie started her real estate career in 2013 and has loved every minute of it. A native of New Bedford, Katie made the move to Sandwich with her husband and two sons after living in Plymouth for 7 years.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She believes that marketing a property well is the first key to selling a home. With her buyers, Katie feels that it is her #1 priority to find their perfect home. Having area expertise is a necessity and Katie knows the South Shore and Cape extremely well. Customer service is huge to Katie, too. Katie’s desire to go above and beyond her client’s expectations is very important.
When Katie isn’t busy with her clients, she can be found volunteering at her children’s school, and spending time with her family and friends! Katie loves being at the beach anytime she can. Katie is thrilled to bring her passion and love of real estate to her clients.

After spending several years in California in successful sales management positions, Jennifer returned to her home state of Massachusetts and revisited her passion for real estate while working on the search and purchase of her own home.
Prior to joining EVOLVE Realty Group, Jennifer spent over ten years in business to business sales ranging from transportation to corporate housing for Fortune 500 companies. These positions allowed Jennifer to hone her negotiating, marketing, and customer service skills, all of which are transferable to the critical process of purchasing a home, which is often the largest purchase an individual will make. Jennifer values the importance of focusing on the client’s needs and expectations, and that is why she is excited to be a part of the EVOLVE Realty team – because they do just that.
A native of New England, Jennifer and her family enjoy everything the area offers. She currently resides on the South Shore with her husband and two sons. She graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and is a regular volunteer at her children’s school. Jennifer is excited for the opportunity to help you find your ideal home or guide you as evolve into your next home!
Born and raised in South Plymouth, Mike has always had an appreciation for living close to the ocean. To this day, it is something he never takes for granted. Prior to joining the team at Evolve Realty Group , Mike spent 22 years in Sales Management. An avid fan of the game, he still plays baseball in a league on Cape Cod.
Mike looks forward to sharing his love for South Shore living, all while helping you find a home that is perfect for you.
In January of 2010, Susan was working as a professional stager for a local Real Estate Company, and her husband said ”have you ever thought about getting your Real Estate License” and that is all it took and she has never looked back. Since 2010 Susan has won several company awards, became a Notary, has completed the SRES designation (among others) and have helped people all over the South Shore find their forever home, “right size” to a property more suited for their needs and become an advocate for the Baby Boomers! As president of the Norwell Chamber of Commerce, Susan sees first hand the importance of Economic Development, in Norwell, so property taxes can be more affordable. Her 35 years as an Interior Designer allows her to communicate to the seller, what needs to be done to sell their home and for the buyer, to visualize changes that can be made to customize a house for their needs, and still stay within their budget. For all of your Real Estate needs, Susan is your “go to” Realtor ®.
